DESCRIPTION

Villa de Mario is the perfect choice for those who want to forget all about driving. It's just two blocks walking distance to Medano Beach, Cabo’s most popular swimming and sunning beach, where one can choose from endless activities.

The house has 3,200 square feet of living space, with all bedrooms located on the second level. Each bedroom has en-suite private bathrooms and separate air conditioners. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room (seats 10), two spacious sitting rooms and a family room. All the rooms are colorful and comfortable.

The freshwater pool provides a focal point for gatherings and activities. In the evenings you can light the built-in fireplace, one of the chimeneas, or turn on the garden lights to create your own enchanting evening.

Villa de Mario is just three blocks to the Marina and two blocks to the world-famous downtown nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. Plenty of excellent dining choices are available on the adjoining streets, either for lunch on the beach, or for romantic dinners.
