Terms and Conditions:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at signing. The balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation date or the reservation may be canceled.

There is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the balance payment. The deposit will be returned by the owners after your departure. Reasonable wear and tear will not negatively impact the deposit. Burns, stains, holes, tears of any kind in furniture, draperies, walls, windows or doors shall not be deemed reasonable wear and tear.

Forms of payment that are accepted are cashiers checks, money orders, wire transfers, personal checks, and credit cards.
